Ann Carter is a born-again Christian & Student of the Word of God. University graduate, Health Education and Economics (Texas Southern University). Six years, Coordinator of Interdisciplinary Studies & Medical Terminology Instructor. (UT School of Allied Health Sciences). Seven years, Middle School Teacher. And 12 years, employed by the State of Texas, Specialist IV. Now retired.
