Mind Body and Soul Coach, Laura Calbert is all about creating a space to allow in ease and flow, which she believes anyone can obtain with the right tools. At 407lbs Laura experienced confusion, difficulty, and stagnant energy preventing her from experiencing the life she knew she deserved. She had struggled with these things for majority of her life. Laura knew that it was time to take her life back and begin her journey towards health and wellness. In 2016 Laura began her journey of transforming her mind so her body would align. As she has stated in PEOPLE magazine and The Today Show, Laura knew she had work to do, but she believed that once she rebuilt that connection with her inner self and began to trust her again, she would succeed. As a child Laura experienced firsthand what it meant to cook intuitively and to follow her inner guidance. Her and her mother often spent time creating new dishes, without a recipe in site. They allowed their inner knowing, joy and passion to guide them to create food that truly fed the soul. Ease and Flow cookbook shows its readers that they have the ability to create exactly what they desire, not only in the kitchen, but within their lives!
