Focusing on English-language publications of the last decade, this guide identifies and describes key reference and information sources in the field of education today. In addition to general reference sources O'Brien covers major social science reference sources that have a direct or overlapping relationship to education. NANCY PATRICIA O'BRIEN is Head, Education and Social Science Library, University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign. In 1997, she received the Distinguished Education and Behavioral Sciences Librarian Award from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), American Library Association.
