Peta Stapleton, PhD, has 20 years' experience as a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist and is an associate professor in psychology at Bond University in Australia. She leads worldwide research into psychological trials of new therapies. Working with teens and adults, her research has shown that it is possible to manage stress, depression, and weight. Her contributions have established her as a world leader in her field. Dr. Stapleton is one of a new generation of psychologists changing the basic practices of therapy.
