His research interests focus on the historiography and memories of the Second World War in France and Europe. He is an editor of the online research platform \u003ci\u003eH-France\u003c\/i\u003e and an assistant editor of the journal \u003ci\u003eOpen \u003c\/i\u003e\u003ci\u003eCultural Studies\u003c\/i\u003e.\u003cbr\u003eFransiska Louwagie is Lecturer in French Studies in the School of Arts at the University of Leicester, UK, where she is also affiliated with the Stanley Burton Centre for Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Her main research focus is on Holocaust testimony and post-Holocaust literature in French.
