Núria Pradas nace en Barcelona el 1 de septiembre de 1954. Es Licenciada en Filología Catalana por la Universitat de Barcelona. Ejerció la docencia durante muchos años, pero actualmente se dedica a la creación literaria. En el campo del teatro ha sido actriz y directora. También es autora de diversas obras de teatro. En el terreno literario sus creaciones están dirigidas a niños y jóvenes. Sus obras están escritas en catalán y algunas de ellas han sido galardonadas con premios de literatura infantil y juvenil.
Núria Pradas was born in Barcelona on September 1, 1954. She holds a degree in Catalan Philology from the University of Barcelona. She taught for many years, but currently dedicates herself to writing. In the field of theater, she has worked as both an actress and a director. She is also the author of several plays. Her literary works are aimed at children and young adults. Her books are written in Catalan, and some of them have received awards for children's and young adult literature.
