Additional information
by Nick Roach (Author)
This rare book describes the experience of Enlightenment or 'Self-Realisation' and the path to it in perhaps the simplest way to date. Taking the reader on a journey into self discovery requiring no prior reading or understanding beyond being aware of what is, and the answers to the 'big questions' become clear, and even obvious. Nick teaches that you are perfect exactly as you are, doing exactly what you are meant to be doing, and exactly where you are meant to be. There are many who teach different paths and practises to find inner peace, often called 'Enlightenment'. In these pages you will see why there is no need to try to be Enlightened. In fact you do not need to try to do anything, unless you do. Your life teaches you everything you need to learn, about life and about yourself. There is no need to follow anybody and no need to believe anything. This book is about you: your life, your truth. It talks to the deepest part of yourself and it will be here when you are ready. In fact it is always here, within you; where else could it be?
"If you need a book that will tell you simply how to live without unhappiness, and what to do to live a contented life, this is it." Dr Nitin Trasi, Author of The Science of Enlightenment.
"You may have expected a complicated & esoteric wisdom which takes years to fully comprehend...look again: it's simple, it's plain and it's real! Fundamental reading for any-body who wishes to be a no-body!" Johannes Tsurkka, Editor of 'Know Yourself' Magazine
