Entrepreneurship has been described as an intellectual onion - You peel it back layer by layer, and when you get to the core, there is nothing there, but you are crying!
This book attempts to demystify the concept of entrepreneurship and explore how a few win against impossible odds and why most fall by the wayside. This analytical toolkit brings into play a wide range of insights, processes and perspectives relating to entrepreneurship. The book also examines how best to create the right ecosystem for nurturing micro, small and medium enterprises. One of the key differentiators of this book is that the content is organized into easily swallowable portions. The lean, lucid prose, devoid of most of the typical jargons, makes the presentation highly accessible to the readers. Who will benefit most: Faculty and students of business schools and engineering colleges, research scholars, those planning Startups, banks and other funding agencies, existing entrepreneurs, industry associations etc. "This is where the value of this handbook would be felt the most - As a useful aid, in converting our entrepreneurial dreams into business realities! Any aspiring entrepreneur will find merit in reading this book." - Dr S. Ramadorai, Chairman, National Skills Development Corporation; Former Vice-Chairman and CEO, Tata Consultancy Services.Author Biography
