Spirituality is a path of joy, a sublime path. It is that space that allows us to grow as people, it gives us the possibility to observe our lives and focus on what is truly important. It is clear that, regardless of the type of religious practice - and even if it is not - every human being, more or less frequently, questions the meaning and purpose of his life and takes actions to realize it. It is a goal that is followed one step at a time, and that you learn to enjoy along the way, because each stretch leads to discovering meanings, taking care of our well-being, cultivating self-love, living healthy relationships, meeting goals and reinventing yourself when necessary.
