Paul Buka, MSc (Criminal Justice and Criminology), PGCE, LLB (Hons) Law, HNC, RGN, RNT, FETC (City & Guilds, 7307), HNC, Public Admin (Constitutional and Admin law), MIHSCM, FHEA, Member of the Institute of Medical Ethics ENB 998, ENB 923. He is a visiting Lecturer at the University of Essex. He specialises in Healthcare Law and Ethics, with several publications (since 1999).
