Each weekly unit has six primary components:
- Historical Context-a brief introduction to the time, people, and places.
- Law and Gospel Themes-a brief consideration of key theological points that stand out.
- Life Application Starters-questions to help you apply the readings to your daily life.
- Prayer Starters-several simple thoughts that prompt you to speak to the Lord in prayer.
- Monthly Memory Verses-special passages from the readings that are worthy of being committed to memory.
- Daily Readings and Notes-the list of readings for each day of the week accompanied by writing space and prompts.
