Con treinta años en la radio, es autora de grandes éxitos editoriales sobre temas de superación personal, autoestima, salud, motivación, espiritualidad, entre otros. Conferencista de amplio reconocimiento, es maestra certificada por HeartMath Institute y por Enneagram Worldwide. Imparte el seminario Inteligencia del Corazón, que ha llegado a miles de personas; creó con diversas personalidades altruistas las fundaciones apac, Marillac y Balón por Valor. Entre los numerosos premios que ha recibido se encuentran Mujer del año 2008, Galardón Master de Oro 2008, por la Embajada de España, y Giving Women Credit por ProMujer, en Nueva York, en 2013.
