EIGHT WOMEN were convinced that their initial identification of their attacker, who some even identified by name, was wrong. It had to be Joe Garcia. After all, they were told the DNA "matched" and that he had been a "career criminal" with a prior conviction for Rape. So California's Central Coast Rapist was off the street. Justice was served. There was just one problem. Joe Garcia never raped anyone.
UPDATED in Sept. 2025 with an ADDENDUM that includes Joe Garcia's 2025 Parole Suitability Hearing Transcript and an Attorney's warning that he STOP promoting this book that proves what one of his alleged victim first said is true: "It wasn't Joe, " and there had never been a Central Coast Rapist, only a coverup to condemn an innocent man.
