Faithful Prepping: Security in Spirit
Most people think of "preppers" as bunker-builders, stockpilers, or fear-driven survivalists. But what if preparedness wasn't about paranoia at all? What if it were about stewardship, service, and shining the light of Christ in a dark and uncertain world?
Faithful Prepping: Security in Spirit offers a new vision for readiness-one grounded not in fear of the future but in faith in the God who holds the future. This book equips Christians to prepare wisely for crisis while staying firmly rooted in Scripture, compassion, and community.
Drawing from biblical examples like Noah's ark, Joseph's grain storage, and the wise virgins who kept their lamps full, Faithful Prepping shows that readiness is not a lack of trust in God-it is obedience and stewardship of what He has given. When done in faith, preparedness becomes discipleship in action.
Written in a warm, pastoral style, each chapter blends biblical reflection with practical steps you can take today-whether it's setting up a buddy system, running a family drill, or learning how to provide water in an outage. The focus is always on service over self-preservation, love of neighbor over fear, and the unshakable truth that our deepest security is in Christ.
Whether you're a lifelong prepper, a pastor guiding your congregation, or a believer who just wants to be wise about tomorrow, Faithful Prepping: Security in Spirit will help you move from fear to faith, from stockpiles to stewardship, and from surviving alone to serving together.
Preparedness is not about what you store-it's about who you trust. This book will show you how to prepare your household, your church, and your heart so that when storms come, you'll be ready not just to endure, but to serve and shine as a beacon of hope.
