Author Biography
Emma Van Carlen is a fasting and accountability coach with over a decade of experience with fasting. Originally from Sweden, she has lived, studied, and traveled all over the world. She has a master of arts in psychology and a diploma in counselling skills from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and a master's in communication management from the University of Southern California. Her studies across human psychology and communication combined with her personal experience of fasting for weight loss and no-nonsense approach have uniquely positioned her to help others achieve their weight loss goals and live their healthiest lives through fasting.
