Hopefully, you will enjoy reading this health-improving/life-saving 24-page booklet as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
As the eldest son of a 1950s to 1980s-era Home Economics and Nutrition teacher, I have spent my entire life surrounded by good food-with over 65 years of learning about food and prayer and their combined power and benefits. My journey began at age six (in 1960) when I learned how to read and write and, again, had a nutrition teacher for my mother.
By 1981, after working in hospitals for two years, a roommate introduced me to the concept of Food as Medicine-a passion which has fueled my studies of this important branch of the healing arts ever since. While working in Veterans hospitals, mainly as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I became known as the "Health Nut"-the one nurses would come to when they had enough of the side effects of their Arthritis drugs.
I retired in 2020, just as the Global Pandemic was beginning to spread world-wide. Using my 1978 Journalism degree, starting in March of 2020, I authored dozens of Food vs. COVID (and most any other disease) emails to whitehouse.gov. By August, 2020, once fully retired, began what totals over 30,000 life-saving "Food vs. COVID" tweets and was the only person to do such a thing and be able to break out of the vaccines and drugs-only mode to treat and/or prevent Covid-19.
What I repeatedly said was totally ignored by three major groups: the government, the media, and public health.
With this one-of-a-kind book on using food to fight any disease (including COVID-19) and to mitigate the COVID vaccine's side effects, I bring five years of research and experience about "Everything COVID" to the table.
Now, more than ever, the whole world is ready to hear what has been the best-kept solution to the global pandemic since the beginning.
