Fit to Serve: A Biblical Approach to Health is a work that shares a journey of improved health through the lens that the human body we each have is the first and primary resource we use to serve God and serve others, as our lives are purposed to serve and love one another as Jesus did while on earth. While sharing her personal journey, Green also shares and outlines areas of Scripture where, upon personal reflection, she came to find guidance in God's Word on how and why it is important to take good care of our health. Green provides a series of questions following each Scripture analysis to help guide readers to reflect on their own health status and choices, hoping to encourage everyone, through an act of worship, to be fit to serve.
