What is a Flipped Devotional? It's a devotional that focuses more on the content of Scripture than the explanation of it, getting people to actually read the Bible every day. God speaks through His Word. To Everyone. But it seems many people will read their devotional each day instead of the Bible. With this devotional you will read over 2,500 verses covering every book in the Bible. Read it with the expectation that God will speak to you through His Word. Martha Shannon, a graduate of Asbury University and George Peabody College of Education at Vanderbilt University, has been involved in most areas of her church from nursery to worship leader. She has written skits and children's worship curriculum for her church. But her love for God's Word is what drew her to write this devotional. She is a retired special education teacher and enjoys some extra free time with her husband and two adult daughters.
