Harbir Singh is William and Phyllis Mack Professor of Management and co-director of the Mack Institute for Technological Innovation at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Neng Liang is Professor of Management, Director of the Case Development Center, and Associate Dean for Faculty, China Europe International Business School, China. Peter Cappelli is George W. Taylor Professor of Management and director of the Center for Human Resources, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
