Imagine living in a quiet Indianapolis, Indiana suburb of Westfield, Indiana, and being informed that the Fox Hollow Farm a few miles away is not only haunted by paranormal activity but also a burial ground for numerous young gay men from the general area. When a missing persons report and investigation reveal suspicious activity on Fox Hollow Farm, a search warrant reveals thousands of bones buried on the farm from the mid-1990s. When Herbert "Herb" Baumeister is arrested, neighbors are shocked to find out that their married neighbor and father of three children has been murdering men in the area for years.

In conjunction with the activity on Fox Hollow Farm, around the same time, there was a spree of murders of gay young men in Ohio and Indiana on the I-70, and all of these victims were strangled, much like on Fox Hollow Farm, which has led investigators to believe that Herb Baumeister may have also been the I-70 Strangler, as these cases remain unsolved.
