A revivalist with a heart for the local church, Garcia also serves as senior pastor of Victory Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and has a powerful YouTube channel devoted to prayer and cultivating communion with the Holy Spirit. His popular live stream is called Fresh Oil. Chris and his wife, Zuly, reside in Greenwood, Arkansas, with their three children.
