Michele Jacobson is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and food writer. A member of the NOFA - New Jersey Public Policy & Advocacy Committee, her articles on GMOs have been widely published. She has been researching and speaking about the topic for over three years. Her first book, Just Because You're An American Doesn't Mean You Have To Eat Like One!, examines the ill effects of the Western Diet on the health of Americans, as well as the role the media has played in sensationalizing and misinforming the public about food.
