Leah Itsines is a lover of good health, but simple and delicious food always comes first. She is a creative cook and co-founder of online guides (BARE) and a women's supplement company (Yes Please) that, both of which have grown Leah's popularity as one of Australia's leading and trusted social media cooks. Her first book was the bestselling title The Nourishing Cook and her second title was Good Food Made Simple. Leah has since then become a mother, changing the trajectory of her recipes to be more quick, easy and family-friendly. Leah has recently been named as the brand ambassador for San Remo, a global pasta company. She lives on the Gold Coast with her family.
