David Atherton is best known for winning the tenth series of the Great British Bake Off in 2019, but his day job, which he loves, is as a health professional with extensive experience in public health and nutrition. He currently works as a Health Advisor for an International Development charity based in London and writes a fortnightly column for the Guardiancalled Fit Food with David Atherton.
