Grayson the griffin is so confident in his abilities during field day that he begins bragging and hurting other creatures' feelings. With a focus on social and emotional learning (SEL), tightly controlled vocabulary, and bright, fun illustrations to match the storyline, children will learn that respecting others and being a good sport is more important than winning. Children can learn more about respect using Fact Surfer, our safe online search engine that provides relevant, age-appropriate websites. This book also features reading tips for teachers and parents, a picture glossary, index, table of contents, and comprehensive visual quiz. Grasshopper Books offers simple, fun fiction for emerging readers. Grayson the Griffin Shows Respect is part of Jump!'s Learning Life Skills with Mythical Creatures series.
