Chris Rea is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. He is a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler, a NY Golden Gloves boxer and an MMA fighter and has been both a place winner and champion in several bodybuilding competitions. Chris has traveled to nearly 100 countries and speaks 6 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese. Among his many accomplishments he is an Eagle Scout and plays classical piano and saxophone.
