This book is for adult women readers but the principles are not limited to the female gender only. This book was written with language to help heal the little girl within adult women. There is a little girl inside of each of us. Sometimes that little girl is carrying around hurt and pain from childhood. A strong indicator of inner childhood trauma that is unhealed is revealed when a triggered emotion comes forth. There are times the little girl inside acts out and attempts to discourage your adult endeavors.
