Lurking beneath a stainless metropolis, the Underfoot bristles with the lowest of the low, the "trash cans" of society. In the midst of endless brutality and poverty, an unlikely sympathizer descends from the privileged streets above: Regina Rondel, a sleek Upcity dweller sucked into the intrigues, power plays, and sisterhood of female gangs. Only time will tell whether Regina survives to use her Upcity influence for good before the Bulls and the Demons collide.
