Dr. Dodson holds an undergraduate degree in business and finance from Strayer University in Washington, DC. A graduate in theology from Empire State Baptist Seminary in Liverpool, NY, he also holds master's degrees in ministry and divinity and a doctor of ministry degree from Summit University in Clarks Summit, PA. Dr. Dodson was a missionary church planter in upstate New York and a longtime pastor in Syracuse, NY and Indianapolis, IN. He was also a Bible college professor in Indianapolis. He and his wife, Phyllis, have served the Lord in vocational Christian ministry for more than 35 years. Dr. Dodson and Mrs. Dodson now travel to India, different parts of Africa and the Caribbean training pastors and leaders and conducting marriage seminars to enable them to instruct and equip others in their cities, towns and villages. The Dodsons' vision is that both families and churches will stand strong for the glory of God. Married since 1970, the Dodsons are the proud parents of three adult children - Angelita, Felicia and Erskine II - and have four grandchildren. When they aren't traveling and ministering, the Dodsons reside in Indianapolis.
