A history made up of many stories. What exactly is the history of Spain?
The history of Spain can be explained through epic tales, through the great moments that marked a before and after: it could be Columbus' arrival in America or the voice of La Pasionaria, the empire on which the sun never set, or the Spanish Armada's disaster.
But it could also be much more than we imagine. It could be the support networks of the Bermeo Fisherwomen's Guild, the struggle of the heroines of Numancia, or the tenacity of the Canadian's strike. It could be a journey full of great deeds and small achievements, of light and shadow, of solidarity, conflict, community, and resistance, and of realities that have rarely been explained. Join screenwriter, cartoonist, and history professor Pedro Cifuentes on this exciting journey through the complex formation of Spain. A comic book that demystifies, questions, and reveals the many aspects of a territory that is in constant transformation.
Discover the history of Spain that no one has ever dared to tell you.
