Reflecting on my feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I am a documenter in many ways (pictures, diary, timestamps...)\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMany times, I come up with questions based on what is going on, it is how I make sense and dive deeper. I turn them into journal prompts, I share my words with \"the world\" and sometimes I hear reflections back from people. That is a ripple effect. That, to me- is healing in many forms. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHonored Grief is about grief, healing, reflection, creative writing, and community. In this book you will find diary pages (Aka: Facebook posts), poetry, reflections, journal prompts and a few illustrations. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou will also hear from some others besides me.
