Why do the people of God sometimes leave great churches? Why do some pastors experience burnout? What would cause church goers to stop giving to the Building Fund? Many pastors usually get possible answers to questions like these from other pastors. However, such a method only gets half of the picture. Pastor helpers want to help the church grow. As a result, they often are looking for places that need help. When they talk about their pastor's areas in need of growth, it tends to be just two things: professionalism and the supernatural. Professionalism being the day-to-day things that make the church appear more refined. While the supernatural are things that appear natural but can have super consequences. This book tries to explore and answer such mysteries from the people's perspective. Most churches do not have a method for church goers to express their concerns. Many of God's people do not even know how or to who they should communicate their views. In How to Be a Pastor Through the Eyes of A Pastor's Helper, this is their chance. Jonathen Jaime has been attending the same church and serving as an usher there for over a decade. He has tutored math at the College of the Sequoias, has a four-year degree in Applied Mathematics, and has taught math in high school. Currently, he is trying to pursue his dream of being an international author.
