The final chapters deal with four things that enhance wealth, like saving through an investment savings account and budgeting, along with suggestions on how to improve on them, and four things that detract from wealth like inflation and debt, along with solutions to avoid them. Throughout the book, twenty-seven rules of how to get rich are developed and conclusively summarized.
