Using realistic examples in some of the sections, the author paints a picture for readers of what can happen when the wrong actions are committed and lives are changed forever. The examples show the pitfalls that can happen and the importance of making better choices not just for yourself, but for those you love. My name is Denzel Luckett and I was born in Tacoma, Washington on October 10th 1991. After a short time in Washington, my family moved to Virginia when I was one-year-old. I am a father of three boys, engaged, and I love my fiancé so much. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and great humans who inspire one another. I enjoy going to the park and meditating, listening to the birds and the sound of the water. Nature itself brings great joy to me. What inspired me to write this book was my depression and having difficulties growing up. I was struggling to identify myself, trying to fit in with the world. I battled with depression and I felt anxiety, guilt, hopelessness, sadness, loneliness and had suicidal thoughts. Those feelings overtook me on a daily basis. Once I recovered from depression, I was inspired to help others who might be experiencing the same thing. I always tell my mother that it can be 100 years from now when I'm no longer here, and if my book can save people from self-destruction, that is all I need. I hope the information in this book will help you become better with yourself, letting you know that you are a divine, beautiful human, capable of activating your higher self and letting go of low self-esteem. This book will help you change the way you think; help you get over the hard times in life. You are in control of you, your higher self does exist in you, you just need to acknowledge it.
