From having debilitating depression to having panic attacks which eventually developed to the point of full-blown agoraphobia. In this book I will share with you the knowledge I had to learn out of necessity that helped me overcome my struggles. This book tackles issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and fear. The steps I elaborate on are mostly backed by scientific methods and also from my own experience.
