Peter F. Ffolliott is Professor Emeritus of Watershed Management in the School of Natural Resources and the Environment at the University of Arizona.
Joseph A. Magner is a Research Professor in the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
