Thom S. Rainer is the founder and CEO of Church Answers, former pastor, and bestselling author. With nearly forty years of ministry experience, Thom has spent a lifetime committed to the growth and health of the local church and its leaders.
Ashley Wiersma is a freelance writer of Christian-living and spiritual-memoir books and small-group curricula. She and her family live in the foothills of Colorado.
