- The third part of the book is about choice. As Sheridan nears the end of her 90-Day Challenge, she starts to explore implementing lasting change. As a chronic dieter and a driven over-achiever, she is aware of how quickly old patterns and behaviours can take hold. Why will this time different?
Author Biography
Sheridan Stewart is a broadcaster with ABC Radio Australia. A former screenplay writer, music journalist and comedy producer, Sheridan now presents the ABC Radio Queensland Drive programme and is a regular contributor to national programming and ABC online. Sheridan grew up in Sydney, Hawaii and Colorado and has published fiction in the Chicago Quarterly Review. I Am Enough is her first book and she is currently developing the 90-Day Enough training program.
