Jasjot Anand's I Am... Practicing Qi Gong, Tai Chi, guided meditation and wellness, kept her mind balanced and clear. During Scrapbooking 101, Jasjot documented her chemo journey. This class sowed the seeds that inspired the book. Jasjot's journey is about transcending barriers, tapping into new possibilities, and eventually transforming.
