Be honest. What happens to you when you hear the word fundraising?
If you're like most people, you tense up, pull away, and try to change the subject. The only thing worse than being asked for money is being asked to raise money. But according to Nikki Thomas, there's a different way to approach a fundraising challenge-and it can change everything.
From pioneering new outreach events, to rescuing a beloved nonprofit for at-risk girls, to spearheading a fifty-million-dollar renovation project, Nikki has seen it all. She's overcome the obstacles, stared down the naysayers, and learned more lessons than she count. In I Hate Fundraising, a book that's both practical and inspirational, she shares what she's learned over the years, tools that can help anyone turn their passion into purpose.
