About the AuthorKeith West knows what it's like to be stuck in anger-not just from observing and helping others, but from his own difficult journey through hurt and forgiveness. After walking through his own process of healing, he's spent fifteen years studying forgiveness and sitting with hundreds of people who said, "I just can't forgive that"-and then watched them discover they could.
