About the Author
The author of this book is an Engineer by profession and a mother by heart.
After the birth of her first child, she experienced many sleepless nights and found herself physically and emotionally depleted. Over time, she came to understand that she was experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) along with postnatal depression.
That was the beginning of her journey - a path of Self-realization and growth - sparked by the powerful book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
As life became even more challenging after the birth of her second child, she found herself turning to parenting books for guidance.
These resources, along with her lived experiences, began to shift how she approached parenting, family life, and self-care.
She also felt a deep curiosity to understand teenagers - realizing that the foundations we lay in early childhood shape the years to come.
Over time, she started noticing a pattern: many families around her were struggling emotionally, often without understanding the root
causes of their challenges.
Stories of bullying, anxiety, and conflict among children and teens became more common, and she felt a growing urge to contribute something meaningful - something that could help families build emotional awareness and resilience.
That's how this book came to life. It reflects the insights she has gained and the tools that have helped her and her family, with the hope that it
