This book is for shared reading with young children and those beginning to read independently. The story is based on family activities, using basic children's vocabulary which they use in everyday language and writing/phonics activities e.g mummy, daddy, sister, brother, cat, dog.
Repetitive words and phrases are used to help boost confidence and self-esteem in young readers e.g 'I love my mummy and my mummy loves me!'
