You went off to war with clear cut orders. You executed the same with courage and gallantry. Then you came home. There were parades in some cases, in others what you received was the disdain of people who couldn't understand the hell you went thru just to make it back. Now you're back in a world that you have a hard time understanding, surrounded by people who don't understand you. This book will remind you that GOD still cares and HE understands. This devotional will break it down into terms that as a Service Member you will understand. It will take you to a place, where in the midst of the chaos we face and in the middle of the noise, we are reminded that HE heard us in the battlefield and brought us home. It will remind you, that you're loved and that you matter. Rev Ch. Kenneth C. Torres served for 25 years in combat medicine. He has severe PTSD, a TBI and 6 concussions. He has flashbacks, nightmares and panic attacks. With all those shortcomings, he pastors Veteran's Church next to his wife Zulma and His service dog, Axel. Telling his brothers and sisters, that there is hope after the battlefield. They live in west Melbourne, FL. He has 3 daughters, JC, Zulmarie and KC who are his pride and joy.
