Before I could get past PART I of this book, I was struck by the poem titled "My World Would Be Nothing without Him". I feel like my life has had some amazing blessings in it. Even though I'm a "project chick", I have still had opportunities to experience things just like people who did not come from the Projects. I've traveled to other countries and met presidents of those countries. I had an opportunity to sing preach around the world. So, when I look back over my life throughout all of the good things, I can honestly say that my world would be nothing-absolutely nothing- without God in it. When I think about God's amazing love toward me, it is overwhelming to know that someone so great-so awesome-would love someone like me. It is an amazing thought and an amazing experience to have someone so huge and vast and so omnipotent and so omnipresent to even want to spend time with me, let alone want to love someone like me! I am overwhelmed when I think of that. But more than being overwhelmed, I am grateful. Minister Lovie Sanford, Senior Associate Pastor Walk in the Light Christian Church - Indianapolis, Indiana
