I'm Getting New Glasses! is a charming rhyming picture book that helps young children navigate the experience of getting their first pair of eyeglasses with confidence and joy.
Olive feels uncertain about choosing new glasses, but with the help of her little brother, Andy, she discovers that each pair offers a unique possibility-transforming a routine optical visit into a fun and imaginative adventure.
Perfect for preschoolers, back-to-school season, and libraries looking to support early childhood vision awareness, this book is also a great resource for optometrists, optical shops, and educators who guide children through vision screenings and picking out new glasses for the first time.
3rd Place Winner at the 2023 Selah Awards, I'm Getting New Glasses! is a must-have for collections featuring social-emotional learning, first experiences, and confidence-building stories.
