In the beginning, God formed you in His own likeness; crafted to mirror His heart and reflect His light. But somewhere along the way, the mirror cracked. What once shone with glory grew dim under the weight of a world undone. And yet, the love of the Creator has never faded. Even now, His voice calls gently through the noise: "Return unto Me; for I have redeemed thee" (Isaiah 44:22).
Through Christ, "the image of the invisible God" (Colossians 1:15), the shattered reflection begins to find its shape again. When you look into His face, you glimpse both the perfection of the Father and the promise of what you are being renewed to become. You are a reflection of His heart. The image of God in you is not lost - it is being made beautiful again.
This is your story, the story of redemption and restoration, of the Spirit's quiet and patient work within you, reshaping what was once broken. The kingdom begins not somewhere distant, but here - within your own heart, where light pushes back the shadow and love begins to heal what sin once divided.
And one day, when all is made new and "we shall see Him as He is" (1 John 3:2), every fragment of your being will be made whole. The mirror will shine once more radiant with His glory, His beauty, and His unending love reflected through you.
