Intention is a guided journal for reflection, presence, and self-discovery.
Inside, 130 pages offer a gentle but purposeful structure: six sections of thoughtful prompts, check-in questions woven throughout, and a free-writing section at the center. Inspired by various philosophies, the emphasis is on sitting with our thoughts - on reflection rather than reflexive action.
At its core, Intention asks us to slow down. To notice. To return to ourselves not with urgency or judgment, but with curiosity and care. The prompts are designed not to produce answers, but to open space - inviting us to explore what is already within us.
A prompt might invite: STAY - What wants our presence rather than a solution? Check-in questions woven throughout gently redirect our attention: How is our body being supported? What is our biggest, current challenge? Did anything impactful come up that wants to be expressed?
There is no right or wrong way to journal. This book is designed to provide gentle guidance while allowing space for us to create our own path, at our own pace.
While every journey is unique, there are shared truths that connect us. The use of "we" and "us" throughout honors that connection - reminding us we are not alone in our inner lives, our questions, or our longing for meaning and presence.
