Allan J. Cigler (late) was Chancellor's Club Teaching Professor of Political Science at the University of Kansas.
Burdett A. Loomis is professor of political science at the University of Kansas. Anthony J. Nownes is professor of political science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
