Welcome to the before Intrinsic Work and after Intrinsic Work experience. This is not a magical process or some 5 a.m. early bird madness. It is several proven methods, stitched together, that will help you form your own unstoppable productivity wheel. Adopt it at whatever speed and scale is right for you. Use it for upward trajectory and/or work life balance.
The system is designed for anyone who works. Those who have more freedom with their time and what they work on each day, will capture more value from it. However, anyone who works can get something from the system.
